Working for PNE - Pure new Energy

Remarkably varied jobs

The passion for renewable energy and technology and our aim of combining economic success with ecological responsibility: this is what characterises the employees of the PNE Group – from our youngest trainees to the members of the Board of Management. Together we develop clean energy solutions.

This gives rise to an array of highly varied, specialised and responsible jobs. Geographers, engineers, managers, solicitors, electrical engineers and draughtsmen work hand in hand to help bring about the energy revolution.

In doing so, we are better able to learn from each other and offer mutual support. Our respectful interaction and common sense of purpose and belonging strengthen our motivation and commitment.

We attach great importance to sustainable corporate development and contact at eye level, and offer our staff the scope they need to be creative, assume responsibility and undergo further training. PNE AG thus bears a responsibility for humanity and nature and helps make the world worth living in, both now and in years to come.

We welcome your support and look forward to receiving your application.

Starting your career

The internationally operating PNE Group is one of the most experienced project developers in the field of onshore and offshore wind farms. From this strong position, we will also concentrate on photovoltaics, storage technologies and power-to-X solutions with a focus on hydrogen in the future. This exciting industry offers new challenges every day, also for trainees. We are always looking for innovative young team members to support us in many of our company's areas.

We will train you as office or informatics managers. You will gain initial work experience and assume responsibility even while you are training. This also includes independently developing and realising your first small projects together with other trainees. A course of training usually lasts three years. Our partner responsible for teaching the theoretical side is BBS Cuxhaven.

During your training, you will progress through various departments in our company. You will for example learn the basics of wind farm planning in the project development department, perform planning, coordination and controlling tasks in the controlling department in a step towards learning how to control a company, and find out how a wind farm is contracted during the realisation phase.

Along with your department-specific tasks, a course of training at the PNE Group helps you develop skills that will take you a long way in your future career, e.g. independence, team skills, initiative and communication skills.

We don't just train our employees, we also like to offer them jobs. Employment depends on the vacancies we have to fill and on the skills required for the specific job.

Insight into the world of work

Are you a student or pupil who would like to get a taste of our everyday working life? Are you interested in clean energy and curious about how it works in practice? Would you like to write your final dissertation at our company?

As an intern at PNE , we take you seriously. You are integrated into our work flows, perform challenging tasks and help with real projects. We determine the start and duration of your work experience in agreement with you and taking your study regulations and timetable into account. Please contact us if you have any other questions, e.g. about accommodation, pay and holiday - we very much look forward to your interest and support.
